Sundance Mountain Resort - Provo, UT
As a Front Desk Agent at Sundance Mountain Resort, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests checking in and out of the hotel. My duties included greeting hundreds of guests, answering phone calls and emails, handling guest requests and complaints, and managing reservations.
During my time at Sundance Mountain Resort, I learned how to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. I also developed strong communication skills and learned how to work collaboratively with my colleagues to ensure that our guests had a seamless and enjoyable stay.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job was being able to assist guests with their needs and create a positive experience for them during their stay. Whether it was recommending local activities and attractions or providing extra amenities, I took pride in going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.
Outside Guest Services - Full-time
Turtle Bay Resort - Kahuku, HI
As an Outside Guest Services representative at Turtle Bay Resort's Arnold Palmer Course, I had the privilege of providing guests with an exceptional golfing experience. My role included greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with equipment rental and sales, managing tee time reservations, and ensuring the course was kept in excellent condition.
During my time at Turtle Bay Resort, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service. I learned how to communicate effectively with guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
One of my most memorable experiences was organizing a large golf tournament. This involved coordinating with various departments at the resort, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth event for all participants. It was incredibly rewarding to see the success of the event.
