Started working from the day I turned 16, I have had about 10 different jobs that shaped me and helped me become the worker I am today. My main areas of work experience are marketing and hospitality.

Marketing

Marketing Intern - Internship

FranklinCovey | Salt Lake City, Utah

  • Managed the coordination of event details, including gathering information, arranging giveaways, and organizing lunches for more than 3,000 attendees spread across four states in the United States.

  • Collaborated with our events team, external managers, and clients to guarantee seamless execution of our events.

Social Media Assistant - Part-time

Gunstock Ranch - Kahuku, HI

  • Highlighted Gunstock Ranch's unique offerings and experiences through captivating videos that garnered over 1.1 million views on TikTok, significantly expanding the ranch's online presence and brand awareness.

  • Successfully managed Gunstock Ranch's three social media accounts, consistently producing high-quality content that resonated with target audiences to over 70K followers, resulting in increased engagement, follower growth, and positive brand perception.

  • Participated in team meetings weekly, planning, creating content calendars, and content creation for short contract work during their busy holiday seasons.

Social Media Specialist - Part-time

Polynesian Cultural Center - Laie, HI

  • Managed social media advertising strategic weekly campaigns, resulting in yearly revenue increase by 5.4% by creating ad sets, and monitoring ad performance.

  • Captured and edited over 1,000+ photos on Adobe Photoshop for thehawaiistore.com generating a better and user-friendly experience.

  • Through Google Ads, I created content for our SEO generating a 3.5% revenue increase for the year at the #1 tourist attraction in the islands of Hawaii.

Marketing Director - Internship

Brigham Young University Management Society (Global)

  • Marketed all BYU Management Society - Hawaii Chapter events and ensured proper publicity was created and distributed on campus through various channels, including flyers, social media, TV banners, videos, and website updates.

  • Led and participated in a marketing committee of 20 students in weekly meetings, effectively communicating and coordinating marketing efforts for events and initiatives.

  • Successfully marketed over 7 on-campus events to over 3,000+ students and 200+ club members, generating attendance and creating awareness of the BYU Management Society and its mission.

Social Media Manager/Content Creator - Full-time

Kyberlight LLC. Provo, UT

  • Successfully boosted social media analytics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube by 11.9% within one year, growing Instagram followers from 17K to almost 18.9K through effective content strategies, community management, and influencer marketing.

  • Created promotions and interactions with big influencers to increase brand recognition and attract new returning consumers.

  • Responded to over 50 customer service emails weekly, ensuring the best customer service to protect the company's reputation and create customer satisfaction.


Social Media Marketing Specialist - Internship

bdigital (Brigham Young University - Hawaii) Laie, HI

  • Led a team of 10 international students to create inclusive content and personal brand content for bdigital's social media channels.

  • Successfully created and presented a sales presentation to potential clients, resulting in a $3,000 contract for the company.

  • Assisted in content creation and created content calendars to ensure timely and strategic posting on social media platforms.

Hospitality

Front Desk Agent - Full-time

Sundance Mountain Resort - Provo, UT

  • As a Front Desk Agent at Sundance Mountain Resort, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests checking in and out of the hotel. My duties included greeting hundreds of guests, answering phone calls and emails, handling guest requests and complaints, and managing reservations.

  • During my time at Sundance Mountain Resort, I learned how to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. I also developed strong communication skills and learned how to work collaboratively with my colleagues to ensure that our guests had a seamless and enjoyable stay.

  • One of the most rewarding aspects of my job was being able to assist guests with their needs and create a positive experience for them during their stay. Whether it was recommending local activities and attractions or providing extra amenities, I took pride in going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.

Outside Guest Services - Full-time

Turtle Bay Resort - Kahuku, HI

  • As an Outside Guest Services representative at Turtle Bay Resort's Arnold Palmer Course, I had the privilege of providing guests with an exceptional golfing experience. My role included greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with equipment rental and sales, managing tee time reservations, and ensuring the course was kept in excellent condition.

  • During my time at Turtle Bay Resort, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service. I learned how to communicate effectively with guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

  • One of my most memorable experiences was organizing a large golf tournament. This involved coordinating with various departments at the resort, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth event for all participants. It was incredibly rewarding to see the success of the event.


Skills

Digital Marketing skills:
