Introduction: Kyberlight Lightsabers is a company that specializes in producing high-quality, customizable lightsabers for fans of Star Wars. The company has built a loyal following over the years and has relied heavily on social media to connect with its customers and build its brand.
The Problem: In recent years, Kyberlight has focused its social media efforts on two main platforms: On our platforms, we would regularly post photos and videos of our products in action, showcasing the unique design features and customizable options that make Kyberlight sabers stand out from their competitors. We use Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram to engage with our followers, responding to comments and reposting fan photos and videos.
The Solution: One particularly successful social media campaign that we launched was our Kyberlight saber photo contest. we invited fans to submit their own designs for a chance to win a free saber. The contest generated a huge amount of buzz on social media, with fans sharing their designs and encouraging others to vote for their favorites.
